There are so many things I could say about Dale, but I'll just say this: He is the best! We are first time home buyers (home owners now!), and we happened across Dale on Zillow. He walked us through every process, and had detailed answers to all of our questions. We told him what our budget was, and he didn't push anything on us. All in all Dale was one of the kindest, most hardworking, and knowledgeable agents around and in the end was able to help me and my wife get in the home of our dreams while helping us maintain some level of sanity.
